Hi Martin, Thank you for your kind advice. you confirmed my assumption that wiper assembly is not from land rover.
I've forgot to mention that Dewey's VIN is L8663010 so he's a very early 49 in LHD. The signs of
LHD is still showing at the covered/ welded hole in steering box and many holes
at the floor panel and bulkhead. The front number plate is also located in the left front wing (can't tell from the front view, but from under the wheel arch). If the conversion is part of its early history, I'll keep him in RHD. but if I could someday trace its complete history, and found out that the conversion done later on, Im thinking about restoring him to LHD.
I'll take more shot and will upload the over this weekend. Hope to get more pointers.
