Welcome to our little group David. Nice to see a new (to us) 80".
Gorgeous restoration. Could you take more pictures, but not quite so
close up. Give us a better idea of what's correct or not.

A few non-original items....
Air cleaner is from a series 2, as are the small metal wiper
restrictors/retainers on the outside of the windshield.
It looks like the coil is mounted where the regulator & fuel pump should
be, but it's hard to tell from the picture.
What are the caps for, on the left rear of the body?

I agree with Anthony re RH vs LH. What makes you think it's a RH drive
conversion? All 80" had holes on both sides of the bulkhead and floor
for controls. Whichever set wasn't used, were blanked off with plates.
It's very rare to see an 80" converted from LHD to RHD. You might want
to take pictures of the steering box, steering wheel, exhaust system,
engine compartment, a full shot from the back of the truck, full picture
of the driver/passenger compartment, etc.
